How many employees do we need to have?
Group cover on Loopital works from small teams upward. The premium is per covered life, so a ten-person company and a thousand-person company are billed the same way.
Can we cover dependants?
Yes. A staff member's spouse and children can be added to the same group, each with their own member number and their own health record.
How do employees use it?
They show their Loopital ID at any facility in the plan's network. The facility checks eligibility, treats them, and claims from the insurer. Nobody has to keep a paper card or call HR to confirm cover.
What can we see as the employer?
Enrolments, who is covered, what the group is costing and how much of the benefit has been used — never an individual's diagnosis, prescriptions or test results. Those belong to the employee.
How long does onboarding take?
